Question 1

What are your office hours?

Accepted Answer

Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Messages left after hours are returned on the next business day.

Question 2

Do I have to come to the Goodyear office?

Accepted Answer

No. We serve clients throughout Arizona and New Mexico, and much of our immigration, estate planning, and business work is handled by phone, email, and document exchange. If an in-person meeting makes sense, we'll set one up.

Question 3

How quickly will someone get back to me?

Accepted Answer

Calls placed during business hours are usually answered right away. Voicemails and emails are returned on the next business day. If you have an imminent court date or filing deadline, say so in your first message.

Question 4

What areas of law does the firm handle?

Accepted Answer

Immigration law, criminal defense, estate planning, business law, family law, asylum, E-1 and investment visas, removal defense and deportation, and traffic law.

Question 5

What should I bring to a first meeting?

Accepted Answer

Any notices, citations, charging documents, or court paperwork you've received, plus your case or A-number if you have one. If you're unsure what matters, bring everything.

Question 6
