Who We Are

Kanu & Associates, P.C. is a law firm serving clients throughout Arizona and New Mexico. We handle immigration law, criminal defense, estate planning, and business law — along with family law, asylum, removal defense and deportation, E-1 and investment visas, and traffic matters. Some clients come to us for a single filing. Others stay with us for years, through a green card, a business formation, and eventually a will.

The way we work is fairly simple. We take the time to understand what you are actually trying to accomplish, explain the options in plain language, and help you move forward with confidence. Immigration and criminal matters in particular tend to arrive at the worst possible moment, and the last thing anyone needs is a lawyer who talks past them. We would rather spend an extra half hour making sure you understand the road ahead than leave you guessing.

Kanu & Associates

Our immigration practice covers filings before USCIS, immigration court matters before EOIR, and consular work. On the estate planning side, we prepare practical documents built around your family, your property, your health care decisions, and your legacy goals — residential and commercial property included. For businesses, we help companies form properly, manage contracts, stay compliant, and handle employer immigration needs.
